Mitigation Services
As mitigation specialists, we work with criminal defense teams who represent individuals facing lengthy prison terms, including life/death. By conducting detailed investigations, we uncover mitigating circumstances for defense attorneys to use when advocating for their clients to courts, jurors, and prosecutors. We personally interview defendants and their family members and obtain clinical, educational, medical, and other pertinent records. A detailed mitigation report and accompanying visual aids are provided to counsel that portray the client wholly and with compassion.
Sentencing Advocacy and Other Services
Our reports routinely provide compelling pictures of people's unique life stories and struggles while addressing a court's concerns for public safety. Additionally, we provide recommendations for social/treatment services to facilitate an individual's rehabilitation.
We are available to review and assist attorneys in navigating sentencing guidelines applications.
